Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-20 · in force from 20 October 2026

1. Who we are and this agreement

1.1 Market Consultant ("Market Consultant", "we", "us", "our") is a trade name of Monroeville Energy and Technology, an exempt company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Mohammad Alabdallat St, Amman 11947, Jordan. We operate the website market-consultant.com, its applications, its AI agents and every related service (the "Service").

1.2 These Terms of Use (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and the price and plan details shown when you order (together, the "Agreement"), form a binding contract between you and us. By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, paying for a plan or add-on, or using the Service, you accept the Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the Service.

1.3 If you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that organisation.

2. Definitions

3. The Service is information, not investment advice

3.1 The Service provides algorithmic research and quantitative scenario analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, commodity or other instrument, or an offer of any financial service.

3.2 We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager or financial institution, we are not licensed as such in any country, and we do not hold, receive or manage money or assets for you or execute trades.

3.3 The Service does not consider your personal circumstances, objectives, financial situation or risk tolerance, and does not assess whether any investment is suitable for you.

3.4 You alone decide whether to make any investment or trade and you alone bear its consequences. Before any financial decision you should make your own enquiries and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.

3.5 Investing involves risk, including the loss of the whole amount invested. Past performance, scenarios, measured probabilities and back-tests do not guarantee or predict future results.

4. AI-generated content and data

4.1 Content is produced by artificial-intelligence models and automated systems, with automated checks. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, misattributed or wrong, including figures, dates, names, sources and reasoning, even when it appears confident or detailed. Voices and videos are synthesised.

4.2 Content relies on data from third-party providers (market prices, filings, news, commodity and economic data). We do not control that data and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Prices shown are delayed and are not suitable for trading.

4.3 Each record states the time of its data and its validity. Content may expire, be withdrawn or corrected without notice. Content is not updated after publication unless we say so.

4.4 You must not rely on Content as the sole or main basis for any decision.

5. Who may use the Service

5.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

5.2 The Service is not offered to residents of Jordan. By creating an account you declare that you are not resident in Jordan, and you will not request analysis of the Amman Stock Exchange or of Jordanian securities.

5.3 You must not use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any sanctions list of the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom.

5.4 You must not use the Service where its use is unlawful for you. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

5.5 The declarations you give at sign-up (country of residence, residency, acceptance of these Terms) must be true and kept true. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe a declaration is false.

6. Your account

6.1 You must give accurate information and keep your e-mail address up to date: codes, notices and receipts are sent to it.

6.2 An account is personal to one person. You must not share it, sell it, transfer it or let others use it. Company plans give separate accounts to each authorised user within the plan's limits.

6.3 You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in methods secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at billing@market-consultant.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Plans, add-ons and prices

7.1 The Plans, Add-ons, their allowances (questions, analyses, alerts, call minutes, users) and their prices are those shown on the pricing page and in the order summary at the time you order. Prices are in US dollars.

7.2 Allowances are monthly. A yearly Plan is paid once a year and its monthly allowances renew each month. Unused allowances do not carry over to the next month and have no cash value.

7.3 Add-ons are paid once, do not renew, and are valid for 30 days from purchase; what is unused then expires.

7.4 We may change Plans, allowances and prices for the future. A price change applies to a renewing Plan from its next renewal after we have told you by e-mail or on the website; you may stop the renewal before then.

7.5 A use counts against your allowance when the Service delivers it. If a request fails because of us, it is not counted, or it is returned to your balance.

8. Payment

8.1 Plans and Add-ons are sold by the Payment Provider as our reseller and merchant of record, on its secure checkout, under its own terms. Card details are entered only with the Payment Provider; we never receive or store them. Your invoices are issued by the Payment Provider and can be downloaded from your account page.

8.2 Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added by the Payment Provider where the law requires.

8.3 A Plan starts when the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the Plan, its allowances and the account until the amount is paid.

8.4 A chargeback or payment dispute opened without first contacting us, for a charge made under these Terms, is a breach of these Terms; we may suspend or close the account and recover the amount and its costs.

9. Automatic renewal and stopping it

9.1 Plans renew automatically at the end of each Paid Period, for the same period, at the price then in force, and the payment method on file is charged, until the renewal is stopped.

9.2 You can stop the renewal at any time from your account page ("Plan and billing"), confirmed by a one-time code sent to your e-mail. The Plan then stays active until the end of the Paid Period and nothing more is charged. Stopping the renewal does not end the current Paid Period early.

9.3 To avoid the next charge, the renewal must be stopped before the renewal time shown on your account page.

10. No refunds, with limited exceptions

10.1 Except as set out in 10.2 and 10.3, all payments are final. Plans, renewals and Add-ons are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused allowances, for the remainder of a Paid Period, for a downgrade, for a closed or suspended account, or for dissatisfaction with Content.

10.2 This does not affect a correction of a charge that was made in error, or any right that the law that applies to you does not allow to be excluded.

10.3 Purchases not yet used. If you have not used a paid Plan, renewal or Add-on since paying for it (no analysis, question, video or other paid feature used), we will refund that payment in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment date. Requests made after the purchase has been used are handled case by case, and any refund is at our sole discretion.

10.4 To ask for a refund, write to the support assistant on the site or to billing@market-consultant.com, giving the e-mail address of your account. Approved refunds are paid by the Payment Provider to the original payment method.

11. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not help others to:

  1. copy, resell, sublicense, publish, broadcast or redistribute Content, in whole or in substantial part, or offer it as a service, signal, newsletter or advice to others, except a short quotation with attribution to Market Consultant;
  2. present Content as personal investment advice, or use it to advise or manage money for others;
  3. use robots, scrapers, crawlers or automated means to access the Service or collect Content, except the features we provide for that purpose;
  4. reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the models, prompts, source code, data or methods of the Service, or build a competing product from it;
  5. attempt to bypass limits, allowances, payment, security or access controls, or test the Service's vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  6. overload or disrupt the Service, or send malicious code;
  7. manipulate the AI agents to produce unlawful, harmful, misleading or prohibited output, or to obtain other users' data;
  8. use the Service for market manipulation, insider dealing, fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose;
  9. upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or that contains personal data of others without a lawful basis;
  10. impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, residency or authority.

12. Intellectual property and licence

12.1 The Service, its software, models' configuration, prompts, designs, databases, trade names, logos and all Content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. No right is transferred to you except the licence below.

12.2 Subject to these Terms and to payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service and use Content for your own information, or, under a company Plan, for the internal use of your company by its authorised users.

12.3 You keep the rights in the questions and material you submit ("Your Input"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and use Your Input to provide, secure and improve the Service. Answers and Content generated for you are licensed to you under 12.2.

12.4 Feedback and survey answers you give us may be used by us freely and without obligation.

13. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party services, including data providers, the Payment Provider, e-mail delivery, hosting, sign-in with Google or Facebook, Telegram, AI model providers and voice synthesis. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Links to other websites are for convenience only.

14. Availability and changes

14.1 We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages or events outside our control may interrupt it.

14.2 We may add, change or remove features, markets, data sources, agents or Content at any time. If we remove a core feature of a paid Plan during its Paid Period, you may stop the renewal; this does not create a right to a refund except under 10.2.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty or condition, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, profitability, results, title and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of liability

16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our company, owners, directors, contractors and suppliers are not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, arising from or related to the Service or Content, even if advised of their possibility.

16.2 Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Agreement or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

17. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless us, our company, owners, directors and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of the Agreement, your misuse of the Service or Content, your investment or trading decisions, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Suspension and termination by us

18.1 We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you breach the Agreement, give a false declaration, fail to pay, open an unfounded chargeback, misuse the Service, or if the law or a competent authority requires it.

18.2 If we close your account for a breach, no refund is due. If we stop offering the Service as a whole, we will tell you in advance and stop all renewals.

19. Closing your account

19.1 You can close your account at any time from your account page, confirmed by a one-time code sent to your e-mail. Any renewing Plan is stopped first; closing does not entitle you to a refund.

19.2 After closing, access ends at once and your personal data is erased within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment and tax records) and anonymous survey answers. You may sign up again later with the same e-mail, as a new account.

19.3 Sections 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 20 and 21 survive the end of the Agreement.

20. Governing law and disputes

20.1 The Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or related to it or to the Service are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

20.2 Before starting any proceedings, you must write to us at billing@market-consultant.com and allow 30 days to resolve the matter amicably.

20.3 Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Jordanian Arbitration Law, by a sole arbitrator, seated in Amman, Jordan, in the English language. Judgment on the award may be entered in any competent court. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

20.4 Claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, and within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, to the extent the law allows.

20.5 We may seek urgent interim relief, or recover unpaid amounts, before any competent court.

21. General

21.1 Changes to these Terms. We may change these Terms. The new version and its date are published on this page; material changes are announced by e-mail or on the website before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date, or accepting the Terms at your next order, means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop the renewal and stop using the Service.

21.2 Notices. We send notices to the e-mail address of your account; they are received when sent. You send notices to billing@market-consultant.com.

21.3 Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of providers, networks or data sources, acts of authorities, war, unrest, epidemics or natural events.

21.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer the Agreement. We may assign it to an affiliate or to a successor of our business.

21.5 Severability and waiver. If a provision is found invalid, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

21.6 Entire agreement. The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replaces any earlier terms.

21.7 Language. These Terms are published in English and Arabic with the same meaning, and in Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Turkish and Russian as translations of the English text; if any version differs from the English version, the English version prevails.

21.8 Records. Our electronic records of your acceptance (version and time), orders, use and communications are evidence of them.
